Join the club
Horizon Builder's club carries two instruments. The Radar measures what platforms take down in France, from their own declarations to the European registry: it will stay public and free. OSIRIS gathers on a single screen what is happening in the world — air and sea traffic, earthquakes, conflict zones, sanctions, markets — and that one is for members.
The club is what keeps them going: people who want these figures to exist, to be kept current, and eventually to be put to those who decide. And it is a network of skills: everyone brings their trade, and leaves with tools. No payment, no commitment.
Every membership is subject to approval by the administrator. You get an acknowledgement, then the decision — and, if it is favourable, your card link, which is also your club space.
Why
A network of skills, not a mailing list
Artificial intelligence is not a sector: it is a tool with something to do in every trade, at every level. But nobody knows, in a lawyer's place, a nurse's place, a craftsman's place, where that job wastes its time. That is where the club starts.
Your skill, and nothing else. A trade explained, a use described, a flaw reported, a need spelled out. Everyone contributes what they want, when they want — there is no quota, no commitment, no membership fee.
Tools. What the club describes, we build: one tool per real problem, running on the machine of whoever uses it. The skill says what needs doing; the software makes it usable by everyone else.
A club of builders. The ambition is to deploy AI at every level of every field, on tools that belong to the people who use them — not platforms that hold them. Members grow the community with what they know, willingly, and that is what decides what gets built next.

The club also has an informative role, and owns it: giving members the means to look at the world for themselves, at the source, without going through the story told about it.
A watch on the world, on one screen
Live air and sea traffic, earthquakes as they are recorded, conflict zones and translated open-source dispatches, international sanctions, markets, already-public cameras. An airspace closing, a strait ships suddenly start avoiding: you read it on the map before it becomes a headline.
It is not a news feed. No commentary, no ranking, no recommendation: public sources shown as they are, aggregated on our own servers, in Europe. The reading is yours to do.
Measuring what gets taken down
The figures stay public and free. Members open the explorer — the full list of wordings sent to people whose content is removed —, the CSV export to redo our calculations, and the historical series: the trend, not just the snapshot.
And the weight of numbers. A figure published by one person alone gets ignored; published on behalf of thousands of members, it has to be answered.
And many more tools. Community-tier software lands in your club space as it ships, and members get it first: personal finance tracking, inbox triage, document analysis, and the ones the club has not asked for yet. Real usage decides the order, not a roadmap written in advance.
One example, and a method
What X's published code lets you see
Of the nine speech platforms the Radar measures, only one has made public the code that decides what you see: X, on Elon Musk's decision. We welcome that publication — and we use it, including against X. That is exactly what transparency should make possible.
- The rule file holds around fifty rules that filter what gets distributed. Four rest on law. The rest come from the platform's own terms of service.
- The code names the principle itself: FOSNR, for Freedom Of Speech, Not Reach — the freedom to speak, not the freedom to be seen.
- ⭐ In practice: a post can stop reaching non-followers while never disappearing for its author. The person writing does not see they are filtered, and so has nothing to contest.
- ⛔ What we will not say: there is no filter targeting France in that code. The only country filter to be found is Brazilian, and it applies a court decision. Claiming otherwise would be disproved by a single search — and would destroy us.
The method matters more than the example. We pronounce no offence: qualification belongs to the regulator. Nor do we say the removed content was lawful — the platforms do not say so. We record a measured gap, we publish how it was calculated, and we hand you what you need to prove us wrong. A real share of moderation genuinely protects people: acknowledging that is what makes the rest credible.

When? Now, if the subject concerns you: the tools are being built right now, and it is the first members who decide their shape. Later, they will already be made.
- You request your card The form below: a display name — a pseudonym is perfectly fine, we do not ask for your identity — and an e-mail address. No password, no payment.
- The membership is approved by hand Every membership is subject to approval by the administrator. The club is built member by member; there is no automatic sign-up. You get an acknowledgement, then the decision.
- You receive your card link — that is your club space There is no login page, and that is deliberate: no password to manage means no password to steal. That link is your key, and it opens your space: the Radar explorer, the export, the OSIRIS access request, and the tools to come. Keep it; if you lose it, you can ask for it again below.

- No payment. The club collects nothing and has no bank account.

The card identifies you as a member. Access to OSIRIS is requested separately, and approved one by one — which is exactly what makes it possible to withdraw. Request access →
